Welcome to the pages of the Centre for Regional Development of the CR (CRD CR), a budget-subsidised organisation of the Ministry for Regional Development of the CR.
Since its establishment in 1996, the CRD CR has been actively involved in supporting government regional policy.
In its role of an implementing agency, control body or intermediary body, it has ensured activities aimed at subsidy programmes of the European Union (EU) earmarked for the Czech Republic and linked to:
The CRD CR has also provided for the HW and SW support and the operation of MONIT and BENEFIT monitoring systems earmarked for projects co-financed from EU Structural Funds.
The CRD CR has methodologically managed and targeted the establishment, construction and operation of the Regional Information Service (RIS) - a unique on-line aggregate of regional data from the whole of the CR.
Data accessible for free describe the economic background, the environment, social issues, state administration, self-government and their administrative structures, and provide information on the available grants and subsidies, etc.
Linked to the RIS, the Centre for Regional Development of the CR has also established the CRD CR’s Map Server for the purpose of high-quality representation of specific data reflecting the development and activities in various regions of the Czech Republic.
The CRD CR has also hosted the Prague office of the Enterprise Europe Network - a member of the European Information and Consultancy Network for Innovative Enterprise, providing data on the European Single Market, legislation, and/or EU programmes and projects to small and medium-sized enterprises.
